Attached herewith are the pertinent documents regarding Stoon Incident 32-12-47962. The evidence contained in the report is undeniable—the two men now in custody have completely cleared the Stoon community from all wrongdoing in this matter.

I have no doubt that these thugs were not acting on their own, but were rather agents provocateurs acting on behalf of persons or organizations yet unidentified with the intention to damage the good name of the Stoon community.

Since this crime occurred in your jurisdiction, I will arrange for the transfer of the perpetrators to your custody forthwith. I trust you will thoroughly investigate this matter and discover the truth of who is behind this low and despicable crime.
